MigraTEC Reincorporates in Delaware; Move Positions Company for Future Growth
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 2000--MigraTEC, Inc. (OTCBB:MIGR), the leading provider of platform migration expertise and technology, today announced that the company has reincorporated in Delaware. Previously, MigraTEC was a Florida corporation.

At the company's annual meeting this past June, MigraTEC's shareholders approved the proposal to reincorporate in Delaware.
