Along with our powerful new RADVision (NASDAQ: RVSN) video-switch and a RADVision multi-point control unit (MCU), we'll be able to provide excellent cost-effective voice and video service for businesses, public videocall rooms, and consumers everywhere."

Chairman Michael J. Zwebner commented "Talk Visual has distinguished itself by its ability to craft relationships with major telephone companies around the world. With this excellent new Sprint relationship, the Company expects to significantly increase the margins associated with our voice and video calls. When we add together what we're accomplishing with TelMex, Sprint, TWA, RADVision and other major companies, we see continuous progress in creating meaningful shareholder value."

Mr. Rosov went on to comment "Margins and profits are key to success in any business. Our Sprint wholesale carrier agreement gives us good margins, and the opportunity for meaningful profits. We believe that the world-renowned quality of Sprint service, combined with our RADVision equipment videocalls and switched voice calls to Latin America - in particular - will allow our Company to grow revenues and profits. As we stated in earlier information, we believe that communication in business is everything - and our services for voice, video and data transport make communications easier, faster, simpler and lower-cost."
