Clappy: I think the consensus on SNDK (and I neither agree nor disagree) is that the earnings going forward will either not grow at the same rate as in the recent past, or even start shrinking. There is some evidence that its customers are seeing softening demand (especially w/respect to wireless handsets). Witness the recent lowered projections for handset sales by Nokia and Ericsson. Therefore all of the flash manufacturers have been hit hard. If this view is incorrect and demand is still solid, they will rebound fairly quickly, but untill there is evidence, the stock price will languish and the trailing PE will be low.
