I'm not an engineer, so I can't give a professional response, to if ADOT will make it or not, but I feel that they will. If you want to build a phototype, build one that is easy to work with and cheaper. The smaller model would give you the same response as a full size model. It should be just as easy to build the full size model now because they have working blue prints from the phototype. ADOT had a hard time getting to this point in the process and I feel that it will be up hill from here. JMO. Scoob
