I think you miss the point of what was posted. The "mining engineers" were not employees but people who had done work on the properties and therefore not insiders.

Auric and the others who expose frauds, scams or whatever have no links to the companies they expose so would not be considered insiders by any definition.

They do the work and make their work public ...... I fail to see why they do not have the right to take a position that is consistent with their findings and posting. An "analyst" who gives out a buy recommendation has every right to do the same .....just not to sell into any buying that may result from their recommendation.
