Just like Abelson's Barron article, another writer follows the same incorrect basic fact by writing" Last Thursday, the nine
members of the FDA Peripheral and Central Nervous System Drugs Advisory Committee voted
6-3 to refuse approval of the drug due to the modest results."

Again, no vote was taken regarding the approval of myotrophin at last week's meeting.
