Tuck, Apparently the phase I was in healthy volunteers. They obviously spent time working out max safe dose and learned a lot about side effects. The only thing I have seen regarding efficacy is that they confirmed that the compound crossed the blood brain barrier in humans. Obviously one of the critical elements for an orally available drug. Remember, AMGN held back on initiating the phase I waiting for a next generation and more powerful compound. Although not a stockholder I have great respect for AMGN. They are fairly conservative and know how to run a trial. The market is huge and I like the play long term. V1
