<<@ 31 15/16 but can't get a fill.... >> Hehe, I guess timing is everything. I went in and bought my shares the mintue after I got confirmation that AT&T has indeed honored its promise. What surprised me is that the price actually dropped to 30 3/4 for a while after I bought it. But it ended the afterhour session at 33:)
