Dave, I fiddled with fixing that table of yours because it drives me crazy that it's so out of line, but I couldn't get it any better. :)
I had an interesting thought, (to me at least), and that is about the ability to click a button on a web site and talk to a call center through your computer. Net2phone has a service called Click2talk. It means you can be at a web site, and speak directly to the people providing information, or selling products.
Well, that's great if you have a 7/24 call center that can handle whatever demand comes, but if you could hand off the job to a IVR product which could answer a lot of questions and even make sales, that would be very cool. Also, you'd reduce a lot of the cost of services like Portico because it would be totally VoIP.
I think I spoke to George White about this very thing a long while ago and he said it was something he wanted to do, but the company was focusing on other things.
