John: <<It sure is refreshing to get a restatement that is positive, though>> Hate to ask embarassing questions, but the restatement mentioned a fee paid to the Alliance Venture fund. Since our good friend Mr Reddy runs the fund, I guess he gets an added bonus that he doesn't have to share with the regular stockholders. Wonder how much that payment was? Pretty smooth operator, no? If anyone wonders why the stock isn't valued higher than it is, wonder no longer.
