Unlike your layman's view, some practicing doctors view LTK as 'complementary' with Lasik... technologically, each has its strong suit.
Maybe you should listen to the doctor's comments on the conference call, where he explains what he sees in the data regarding so-called 'regression.' (BTW, he performs both lasik and LTK procedures for his patients.) After all, to follow your own advice, it is wise to be informed about your (long/short/non-)investment decisions.
