Anyone else besides me following LI? In a definitive merger, Valspar has offered $31.75 cash for LI stock now trading at $30 3/8. Problem is that feds have stepped in and asked for more info. and this has delayed the merger (until maybe year end--so far). That'd be a 4.5% gain unannualized if the merger went through.

These mergers sometimes seem to make for odd buy/sell decisions for me. In this case for example, I either want to take my profits now and just amscray, or else I want to double or quadruple up my position and hold on for a few more months.
