chic, Do you have a direct link to the EBN article about P4 delay? While looking, I found something big: ebnonline.com Rambus sues Infineon over SDRAM patents Rambus has been scavanging until now. Now they attack a strong competitor. I think they feel cornered, with RDRAM going nowhere, no new design wins. The only thing they have to support their market cap is a few week patents. It should be fun. Joe PS: I think Micron should sue Rambus in the US court. It would be a US company vs. another US company.
