If Asia and US upgrade paths proceed as expected, Europe will simply be unable to maintain this schedule, and fall so profoundly behind. Euro telecoms, many with global interests and affiliations, will require a time and cost efficient upgrade path.

HDR overlays appear a most tempting option.
