How valuable is VUSA's infrastructure solution? VUSA says it plans to focus its energies on building out and licensing/selling its "no inventory" etail infrastructure, which it says could be valuable to others ... Boo.com had infrastructure too, but it sold fairly cheap ... How much is VUSA's 'back-office' system likely to be worth to an acquirer or licensee who'd rather buy than make? In dollars American? Is an outfit like Amazon likely to buy it? Or would it be someone trying to catch up with Amazon? Doug (I have no investment interest in VUSA, but moderate a bankruptcy forum at port4.com that focuses on dot com reorganizations, and am gathering views)
