Pentium 4-originally expected to debut in the third quarter-is being delayed until adequate supplies of the Tehama chipset and Direct Rambus DRAM are available.

Sounds like a bunch of baloney. If the chipset was ready to be manufactured, there is no reason why Intel could not manufacture adequate quantities for a low volume PIV launch. The same is true for the DRDRAM supply.

Apparently Intel is having some problems with their boy Willy.
