Yes, their stocks were seriously overhyped in '99. But the linux movement - along with the rest of the 'open source' computer world - is not going away. Investors, ignore it at your own risk.

When Bristol-Myers Squibb bought new computers for its genomic research, it chose Linux. It's getting eight times more computer power per dollar spent.
