I doubt that Bush will win by "computer tampering." The only evidence of those type of shenanigans occurred during the 1960 Nixon/Kennedy election when it was proven sometime after Kennedy was president that Daley's political machine in Chicago threw the election in a number of precincts and that "won" it for Kennedy.

Nixon actually won the election.
