I don't believe that time frame has changed so perhaps only the perception of investors is altering. On a personal basis i nibbled on a few of the Jan. 20 calls yesterday. The price action looks a lot like last year when they failed the first couple of rounds of certification for Docsis. This could well be setting up to be another excellent opportunity.
