Job Requirements:
45+ Hour Work Week
Structured Managers Schedule to include Friday and/or Saturday Evenings
3 to 5 Years Management Experience
Standardized Dress Code (shirt & tie or like dress)
Job Description:
Business Managers are responsible for the operations of their location. Operations include: daily banking/deposits, hiring & staffing, training, scheduling, weekly inventory shipments, monthly audits, labor control, etc...
Applicants must be energetic, organized and flexible. You will be required to motivate your staff and initiate contests and/or promotions within your own location. As a Business Manager, you will be held accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and be asked to develop action plans to achieve your revenue goals.
