IMO, VUSA's infrastructure is worthless. There are dozens of etailers closing their business and not getting anything for their assets.

VUSA is all about selling dreams. Just a few weeks back, the new management was saying about how they will be cash-flow +ve in 2002, blah blah, and on Friday they pull the plug. Now they have a new dream to sell - electronic services business.

IMO, they won't find a single customer for their "electronic services business". They are bit late in entering this business. There are etailers closing their businesses and not opening new ones. And the isolated cases of new B2C companies will not go to a company which had to file for bankruptcy even though it was using "a great infrastructure".

Next stop - Nasdaq delisting.

Regards,
Rajiv
