Has anyone looked at Epoch Biosciences (Pharmaceuticals) EBIO? Company is positioned to benefit from their patented enabling technologies (Minor Groove Binder) in conducting advanced genomics research. Earlier this year institional investors bought $10 million in stock, and the company currently has about 38% institutional ownership. Already has licensing agreements with PE Biosystems in place. Future licensing deals expected with major genomics-research suppliers that can benefit from EBIO's enabling technologies.

First research report (First Security Van Kasper) released yesterday, issued a strong buy and a price target of $20.
