If my memory serves me correctly I believe that FMR (Fidelity) had something like 5 or 6 million shares pre-split (and possibly 10 to 12 million shares post-split???). The fact that they are down to 1.5 million shares or so indicates SEG was not alone in the recent sell-off.

They have owned SNDK for several years and it looks like the time was right for some profit taking.
