Rather than geography, replace my peak of $4.50 in 2002 and include the current capacity constraint of $14-15B sales in your reasoning. Also, support a PE of greater than 20 as the up cycle matures. I don't need to be the one to bring the correct decision to this thread; I just want to find it in free, open, rational debate.
