Regarding the competition or future competition, I believe you have hit the nail on the head. It is the "big boys" that are the real threat to USIX. Can USIX grow into a "critical mass" size that allows them to not only survive but to prosper before they are squashed? Squashing the competition is a favorite Ellison tactic that has worked before. I have to believe that this is where the investment risk is in this company. Regarding the debt Rupert: we could see more before we see less if that is what is required for growth. IMHO Steve
