I wonder how much of this acquisition was just to get some fairly cheap capacity?

With only a few hundred employees, the acquisition costs cannot be all that much. It would be nice if they had at least told us the cost and whether it was likely to be accretive. I suspect that the products will get merged into VSH's distribution system and many of the current reps will be looking for jobs.
