although i don't have the specific posts from advalorem to point to, i recall him saying, in no particular order... a) his analysis is usually wrong b) he'd love to see PALM 'beat' MSFT c) he thinks MSFT will prevail over PALM d) his assessment of the situation was wrong, but is now right based on these sorts of statements that seem to vary significantly from one time to another, i'm just of the opinion that advalorem really doesn't know what to think about all this. for example, really wanting to see one company 'lose' a product war is not a very good reason for buying stock in one of its competitors. in general, his posts are not of a type one would expect from a PALM long. i mean no disrespect to ad
