Hi Savant,

Thanks for pointing out the fine print on "unintentional". The more this lawyerly sleaze is brought to the light of day, the more the govmint may be embarrassed into actually putting some teeth in.... oh never mind. Wishful thinking on the part of a pleb...looks like we're still stuck with the broker's arbi-traitor when things go deeply south. :((
