Avaya spinoff will be next month before September 30th. Microelectronics spinoff will be before March 30 of next year. Avaya will not be an IPO to the public, all shares will go to current stockholders. Microelectronics will have a 20% public IPO with the remaining shares directly to shareholders. Where is the bottom to the current slide? A horrible thing to watch.
