I feel sorry for the folks at Transmeta. They sweat blood for many years developing a new low power technology, and will soon see the whole thing go down the drain due to a fatally flawed DRAM technology.

If only they had Jim Kelley on their staff, they could have been saved from this horrible tragedy.

P.S. I hope they had the good sense to make their memory controller work with both single and double rate SDRAM, like almost every other memory controller being designed this year. ;^))
