Per the latest News PR regarding John Bohn and Karen Morgan. Mr. Bohn is the Chairman of the Board of CIPE. I researched CIPE and see that as Chairman he is representing Petrochem. cipe.org In 1995 Karen Morgan founded T3 Technologies which she later transformed (in 1997) to PetroChemNet. Interesting; could explain their connection. At least that is how I read it. gl and cual thebeaver1
