From 10Q. Anybody know what this means? On August 8, 2000, the Company entered into an agreement with a counterparty in a private transaction to purchase up to 5.8 million shares of the Company's common stock at various times through the third quarter of 2002. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, $100 million will be paid to the counterparty in August 2000. The ultimate number of shares repurchased will depend on market conditions.
