With over 3 1/2 years it should be at full capacity by now but let's give AMD the benefit of the doubt and say F30 dedicates only 1000 wafers per week to K7s and F25 dedicates only 3000. Total 4000 wafers per week.

3.6 Million / 13weeks = ~275K good K7s per week. 95% backend yield = ~290K good die per week.

290K/4000wafers = 72.5 good die per wafer.

Like I said, AMD's yields suck big time.
