WAYBURN RESOURCES - WYB (Alberta Stock Exchange)

Shares outstanding: 10.3million (fully diluted)
Pooled/Escrowed: 4.6 million

The company will soon be starting to drill on it's Papua New Guinea "Edie Creek" property (15 targets) where it already has 200,000 proven and is currently producing 3,000 oz of gold and silver per year.
In addition, they will be making some other exciting announcements within the next week or so.

Their other property (IOMA) also in PNG, starts drilling in late summer.
Recent surface sample assays were as high as 47.60 g/t gold. (see press release on Wayburn thread here on SI)

With the recently completed financing, the company has well in excess of $2.5 million and a further $1.4 million will be available with the exercise of warrants.

The company has recently produced a corporate video that shows detailed information on their exploration program as well as a good history on mining in Papua New Guiena.
