Just signed up to the chat room for the quarter but can only day trade one day a week. Hopefully I can make enough during that one day to offset expenses. Made 15 round trip trades(all 30 shares each) based on chat room on Fri and lost $39. That was my 1st experience doing real day trading so hopefully will get better as more experience. Also did not have real time QCharts (which I plan to get - so was just guessing at where to put stops). I believe one can make real money using the forum but it's going to take a little practice. OJ's chatter got me bullish on Wednesday which encouraged me to move 1/3 of my 401 from fixed to Janus which then rose $1,500 on Fri.(so I guess you could say he has already more than paid for the 1st quarter).
