-Who was the best baseball player you ever saw?

Can my answer be a team? Here goes;

The Florida Marlins

Clappy! I got to attend all the World Series home games when the Marlins won the Championship a few years back. Those were the most exciting sporting events I have ever attended. I have always loved baseball. When the Marlins won the 7th game they tore the place apart. It was wonderful. The concrete stadium was shaking from everyone jumping up and down.

A little extra fun came from the fact that it was Voltaire's home team the Atlanta Braves we beat. Rub it in! Rub it in! :-)

It was such a disappointment to see the team torn apart the next year.

Thanks Clappy for giving us the multiple choices. Makes it much easier.

O.K. Who else has a story?
