my Palm buying experience:

I want to buy a Palm and went to Santa Clara's Frys to look
at what is available. I liked VIIx with wireless access.
But the subscription plan is too expansive for me. It is $45
per month for unlimited access. It is not much for business.
But it is still a little high for personal use. I will
get the subscription when the price comes down to around
$20 per month. With that thought, I decided to buy
a M100 first. When I move to VIIx later, I can give it to
my wife. But M100 won't be available for another week. I then decided to buy a Vx instead. Tried to order a Vx Limited Edition through web, there it said it is back ordered.
So I went to Frys again and bought the regular Vx. As it turns out, my wife like Vx too. So it won't a problem if
I move to VIIx in the future.

When in Frys, I saw a salesman played with a Casio Pocket PC.
He said he liked it. I asked how is the sales? He said there is nothing to sell, not like VIIx which they have 120 units.
They cann't get any unit from Casio. They might discontinue
the product due to this situation.

The salesman who sold the Palm to me said Vx is hot and they only have 2 units left.

Frys doesn't sell Visors.

I used to own a Newton. My first day Palm experience is great. I probably should buy more PALM shares.
