My memory is intact, thanks. :)

Now: while the 21(a) report rather conclusively showed evidence of collusive, anticompetitive activity among a number of OTC dealers, I'm not sure that I'd use the term "conspiracy" to describe it. But that's a personal assessment, and I'm not prone to melodrama.

I'd also be careful, Mr. Walking Down, whose conspiracy theories I hitch my wagon to. I don't believe that it's a coincidence that most of the whining and suspicion about the "targeted oppression" of certain issues comes from avid fans of OTCBB stocks, LOL. That factor alone should give pause to any critically thinking individual.

To adhere, however casually, to most of the silly conspiracy manifestos - such as those which are currently in vogue on the message board circuit - is to risk passively flying the "blame the market maker" flag on behalf of those who are paving the way, actively or constructively, for continued fleecings of gullible and/or uninformed investors.

Educated, information-receptive skepticism is the way to go, in my opinion.
