When I was a teenager; I played many sports and invariably some people always tried to change the rules; a valuable lesson I learned was never to play with those people again. Too bad I didn't realize this about governments until I understood there is a way to choose. The Gores and Clintons derive their power from scare tactics. Their party controls the press and they will do anything to keep a flat tax out;it's very difficult to keep changing the rules with a flat tax.
But there is a way to choose; many countries have a flat tax;some as flat as zero. The catch is you don't want to be an American as the US taxes on the basis of citizenship instead of residence. That's right folks, if you move to the south pole you will be taxed on your investments by US but not if you are English,Dutch,French etc. citizens. With the internet and high speed access, there soon will be little reason to put up with a system that is not fair compared to the rest of the world.
But don't renounce your citizenship as they will tax you as if you died. Instead, one strategy is to marry a foreigner(one who doesn't want US citizenship). Then when you leave to live in paradise everything is owned by your non US spouse; your brokerage trades no longer will spin your brain at tax time as foreigners invest in the US tax free while the government treats it's productive citizens as cattle to be milked. Yes accountants love Democrats who hate
a flat tax.There are many other creative strategies, many still legal while Republicans control congress; watch out if the party who gave us deficits for 60 years gets control of congress.

1.Dan Quayle mispells a word or two and is savaged as an idiot.John Kennedy commits a category 5 gaffe that kills himself and 2 others and is lauded as America's PRINCE.Robert Toricelli wanted him to run but had to settle for Hillary for the NY senate race.
2.Bush calls for a 2% tax cut that is called MASSIVE and a budget buster by the media;not even double digits.
3.Most recent; Alina Choe on CNBC describing the vote over " The SO-CALLED marriage tax penalty". Either it's a tax or it isn't a tax. But to use so called implies Republicans are Greedy and maybe it's not a tax at all.
The list goes on and on.
Bill O'Neil Investor's Business daily several years ago did a study and found that 90% of editors and news personel including network anchors voted Democratic. He also found that the liberal philosophy had permeated the Journalism departments of all major universities. Yes Alina Choe is a journalism grad. No wonder Clinton had a Landslide win with less than 50% vote.
I predict Gore will win going away;the mouthpeices are in his camp. Bush will be portrayed as some kind of threat,just as " Goldwater wanted to start WWIII". Probably it will be environmental this time[oil and gas], even though the big threat to the planet is not the internal combustion engine but the creation of the equivalent of another Houston every month. When asked if the welfare Mom's should have a norplant inserted at the time of delivery; sadly the shark,turtle can't voice or vote.
Hey Gore, are you listening? THE EARTH IS DROWNING IN HUMANITY; all pollution is derived from a quest for the good life; not from companies who are only serving a need and desire. But then you can't sue demand!
