Paul,

In one of my previous post I had mention that a break of that downward trendline should produce a strong move to the upside. If it doesnt it would just extend the right side of the DIAMOND further out.

The extention of the DIAMOND further out has already occured on a few occassions with the LOWER TRENDLINE. On a few occassions that lower trendline was broken to the downside slightly and was unable to produce a big move to the downside. Then the DOW would bounce up and the sloped of the that downward trendline simply changed some pushing the right side of the DIAMOND further out.

So my position has always been that this break needs to produce a strong move to the upside in the DOW very soon, in terms of days. If not then my position is simply that the right side of the TRIANGLE is extended further out.
