I've noticed a lot of volume in several of the small client-server
consulting cos. I follow in the last week or so. ISCG, DTPI, and CGIX
have all had a lot of volume of late, and even some upward price
movement.

I think this industry has lagged far below expected growth rates for
IT. It may be time that the market is catching up.
