Max,

I had initially posted the 200 and 50 day averages since we were beneath both of them. Later as we took out the 200 day averages I was focusing on the 50 day numbers. I have 50 day EMA at 46.7 and SMA at 48.9. I do tend to favor the exponential averages. It took us three attempts but we did close above the EMA on friday.

I see the 48 area as the first resistance level. Most technical indicators are neutral, however momentum has turned positive and MACD seems to have issued a buy signal but stochastics as well as %R are overbought. We may work off these by trading sideways or with a small pullback before moving higher.

If we clear 48 the next resistance will come in at the 51-52 area and I dont foresee any problems beyond that besides the fact that we have various previous highs to take out. The big buy signal for new highs will come when we take out the upper boundary of the falling trendline from the 4/99 highs. We will worry about that when we get there. Now that you know our hurdles, can you push us past this 52 area with the ADI numbers <g>.
