Re: Seems to me Intel is making nothing but money for us shareholders with all their fabs. They are also on their way to becoming the largest company in the world, by market cap.

Gordon,

That was one of the most clueless posts I have ever read on SI, hell even Yahoo. Bookmarked for later reference of course. Do you know how to read a financial statement? The only way all that money is coming from the "fabs" is if Intel Capitol Group is located in a fab.

From your profile:

"Intel LEAPS are the next best thing to having the mint in your basement"

"Being audacious and betting big on Intel options"

Intel's glory days as a STOCK are over. This has nothing to do with AMD or any other company, all it has to do with is Intel's HUGE market cap. Same with Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle, Dell, etc. In about 10 years all you guys will be part of a self help group that gets together once a week and tries to figure out why your "market darling" stocks quit going up. The best is done for these "big cap techs", but I believe it will take years for this reality to set in and fortunes will be lost.

As Lucretius says, "if you are long this market, you're in need of professional help...."
