Charles,

The recent track record of WCYB has been extremely disappointing at best. Whatever deadlines the company set it has failed to meet and has been non-communicative with shareholders.

I regard WCYB as the riskiest stock in my portfolio. There are a lot of big "ifs" for the company for the sake of survival. Among the key issues in my mind are:

1. Will they be able to begin production of their PDA docking system?
2. Will they be able to obtain audited financial statements without qualification?
3. Will they be able to comply with OTCBB standards for relisting?
4. Will they be able to obtain sufficient capital to support their operations?

In this case, high risk = high chance of loss unless the company is successful in favorably responding to the above issues. Regards.
