You bet you have taken in consideration that SEBL has gain 1100% in two years, the stock ran from 16 to 193 from 99 till it peak in 00 that's a fantastic run. It doesn't takes much to realize that it might be time for SEBL to consolidate those gains, and that some investors might want to lock in gains much like the premier investors are doing, the insiders.

You have Wahl owning only 787 shares, David selling half his holding, the Pres. Howard owning only 3,842 shares after the selling the bulk of their holdings plus all the other big guys that sold during July. Who can blame them they have work hard, the stock has had outsize gains, they deserve the money.

Note: Insider selling means less then insider buying. Insiders get a window to sell into every qr. and as most prudent investors should do, they like to diversify their holdings and use these windows to do so.
