Would anyone expect a nice pop in this stock after the first IPO is announced?

Does anyone know what the plans are for such ipo shares? MVC can either sell at the offering, hold for at least 6 months, or distribute the ipo shares to MVC shareholders? Are those the options? Any idea what the plan is?
