Ian, thread, >According to Maria, MU was upgraded by none other than the braindead jonnie joey from Slimey Smith Balarney.

Just 1 month after the sector was declared dead and buried by this same turkey.

Some idiots have no shame!

Here's a Compaq article about parts shortages continuing, but the worst of it is over. It's those annoying cell phone manufacturers buying up all those pesky capacitors, resistors and flash memory, that are the problem. One of those other geniuses said MOT would be slowing growth because they wouldn't be getting their cell phone growth above a certain %, then MOT came out and said that % was their forecast all the time anyway! Cell phones sound like they're doing just fine, thank you.

Although Compaq had trouble getting processors from Intel Corp., the bigger issue has been with cellphone makers who also need to procure the same capacitors, resistors and flash memory. But he added, "we met the customer expectations in Q2. The plan is to meet them again in Q3."
