Volume picking up on ATW today. It moved from accumulate to buy in my book. Downside breakout is still possible from this pendant formation, but to me it looks far more likely to break to the upside given today's positive action and volume.

Also bought a little NSS. MACD turning positive on PGO the forgotten bastard child of the OSX.
