Is it really hurting that much :-)) I think you have legal case against CNC as they mislead you into shorting at bottom - "litigation is the sport of (from your personal info kings" as per your personal info. is there any real arguments you can put against cnc short of your your personal pain - and I do really feel your pain. CNC's core is hurting because of their ratings now. Any company with a strong rating would gain a lot by picking some blocks of cnc. Regards -Albert
