Sounds like we both think something is missing. All that posturing by WSP for .75 a share?

I could have sworn the directors had more than 9m shares.

Isn't it interesting how many tid bits we can come up with rather than face what seems to be a sell out.

It looks like we found the answer to the question of whose company it was in the first place. Although RT in the last updates seems concerned that shareholders not get "shafted" by such a lowball offer.

Something does not compute but they sure do seem to have painted themselves into a hole. Why do it if the deal is not in good faith? Not many loopholes in the info we presently have.

I guess we are thinking that it just cannot be happening.
